At Hayat’s Lucknowi, we take pride in offering high-quality, hand-embroidered products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re happy to assist you with an exchange if you face any issues, subject to the following conditions.


1. Easy Exchange Process

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

✔️ The item must be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and unworn.
✔️ The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
✔️ The original purchase receipt must be provided.
✔️ The product must be purchased directly from www.hayatslucknowi.com.
We do not accept exchanges due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind, design preference, or color liking).

2. No Refunds – Exchange Only

🔹 We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to provide an exchange.
🔹 If an exchange is not possible, we may offer a store credit (depending on the situation).


3. Exchange Due to Defects

We stand by the quality of our products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly exchange it under these conditions:

✔️ The defect is reported within 7 days of delivery.
✔️ The item meets all exchange eligibility criteria (see section 1).
✔️ The defect is genuine and not caused by mishandling or wear & tear.

💡 We take product defects seriously! If there's an issue, just let us know—we’ll sort it out.


4. Exchange for Size Issues

We ensure that you receive the exact size you order, but if it doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange under the following conditions:

✔️ The item is in original condition and meets the exchange eligibility criteria.
✔️ The customer bears shipping and pickup charges, but we try to keep these costs minimal.

5. Important Notes on Exchanges

📌 Hand-Embroidery Variations – Each piece is handcrafted, so minor variations in motifs are natural. These are not considered defects, and exchanges will not be accepted in such cases.
📌 Color Differences – Due to lighting and screen variations, product colors may slightly differ. We do not offer exchanges for minor color variations.
📌 Sale Items – Products bought on sale or discounts are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
📌 International Orders – For overseas orders, we cannot refund taxes, duties, tariffs, or excise charges.

7. Shipping Costs for Exchanges

🔹 If the exchange is due to a defective product, we will cover the return shipping.
🔹 If the exchange is due to a size issue or other reasons, the customer will cover shipping charges, but we’ll try to keep costs minimal.
