If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

  • Return is accepted only in the condition of the customer getting a defective product. Return requests can be made on our Instagram account. Return requests for a defective product are accepted only within five days of product delivery. Beyond that, it will assumed that the customer has accepted the product.
  • Customers should have a proper parcel opening video as proof of a defective product. The product will be exchanged with the same size, colour and other attributes. Only in the event of unavailability of that product will the refund be made to the customer.
  • Customers should know their measurements before placing an order on the website, as we will not be responsible for the replacement later. However, replacement requests due to size and fitting issues can be accepted if the customer is ready to bear the shipping cost.
